THE FIRST PHASE

One inflow.
Three purposes.

THE MONEY PATH

From activity
to possibility.

Creator fees are the project’s received share from the chosen launch platform. They are separate from a trader’s principal.

  1. Trading activity

Fees accrue under the launch platform’s rules.

  2. Fees received

Only funds actually received enter the allocation.

  3. Three public pools

Track income, spending and balances separately.

What happens to bought-back tokens?

In Phase 1, tokens stay in a publicly identified buyback wallet. Purchases and balances will be recorded. Automatic burns and holder distributions belong to later phases.

When does a buyback happen?

Only after the pool reaches a published minimum and execution checks pass. Smaller amounts carry forward. There is no fixed purchase amount or promised return.

What still needs to be defined?

The launch chain and platform, token contract, supply and allocation, vesting, treasury permissions and execution thresholds must be published before activation.

Fund the experience.
Make the money visible.

Public pools. Published rules. Traceable transactions.

The foundation comes first.

Burn / Bless, community rewards and public nominations follow in later phases.
